“This company claim they remove mold from my home and 2 weeks later the mold resurfaced and the pipe under the bathroom sink was not put back together properly. The technician, James, returned to fix the issue and he told us he didn’t know how to fix the issue. He went to Home Depot twice to purchase supplies and could not resolve the issue. The following day I had to hire another company to fix the issue at the rate of $150. In the meantime we’ve developed another mold issue in the bathroom closet from the initial issue. I called and spoke with the owner and he told me he wows going to charge me an additional $150 to remove the mold. I declined and asked him to reimburse me the $150 I paid the new company. The owner may have an idea how to remove mold but clearly his helper James does not. If you hire this company please have someone available to oversee the work that is being done.”
